Collections deploy at their announced date and time. The product page reflects the live status of every piece. Sold-out releases may move into the B4US archive; any return is announced through official B4US channels.

Early-access windows, when available, are delivered only through official B4US text and email channels. Access is limited, cannot be transferred, and does not guarantee inventory.

All orders must be completed through b4us.shop. We do not arrange meetups, accept direct transactions, or process orders outside the website.

Premade, in-stock pieces typically ship within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order pieces follow the timeline stated on their product page. Tracking is provided once an order has been processed.

Carrier delays or unusually high order volume may extend delivery time.

B4US pieces are built to wear, age, and develop character. Distressing, fading, print placement, and finish variation may be intentional parts of the design. No two pieces are expected to age exactly alike.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must remain in mint condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, free of damage or odors, and returned with the original tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to inspection and available inventory.

Inventory is first come, first served. We do not hold or reserve products. Adding an item to your cart does not secure it until checkout is complete.

The website is the source of truth for pricing. We do not negotiate or manually adjust prices. Any active bundle, private-line, or release pricing is presented directly on the site.
